Caring for your nails.

Nail jewelry sets - Our jewelry sets contain ranges of gemstones, Swarovski crystals, cubic zirconia, etc. Regardless of material, please take care of all charm/jewelry based sets with extra caution. Not all charms or jewelry pieces will fade in color, but some will inevitably change with wear and over time. To prevent early fading, please clean nails after usage and store away in a dark, cool space. 

Other nail sets - All nails sets should be taken care of with extra caution to last as long as possible for consistent resistance. Please clean nails after usage and store away in a dark, cool space.

Nail jewelry set information.

As these sets are made to order, not all jewels or charms may be the exact same as the picture due to given availability at the time. However, they will be extremely similar or to the theme of the nail sets.

What is the design arrangement drop-down choice? Varied or mirrored?

Mirrored - We mirror the five nails shown in the picture example on the opposite hand exactly.

Varied - You let us decide the arrangement and design. Design for the other hand will look similar to the picture, but with a different arrangement/charms to create variation.

Why do some of your nail pictures show five nails and others show a full set of ten?

If a picture shows all ten nails, your purchase will come exactly as that picture shows.

If a picture does does not show all ten nails, you will have a dropdown box to choose mirrored or varied for design placement (as answered above).

Can preset nail designs be revised at all?

They can have minor revision requests (colors, gem type/placement, etc.) and can be done by request at checkout or by email. 

How do I size my nails?

Our sizing kits (highly recommended) are numbered 0-11. Not all kits will contain all 11 sizes, so please do not be alarmed if a sizing kit arrives with only 0-9. 

When sizing your nails with our kit, please make sure your nails are clean and free from gel, acrylic or any other product. When pressing each size onto the nail, please ensure that the nail fits comfortably from sidewall to sidewall of each nail without force.

How many times can I use my nails?

Our nails can be reusable up to as many times as they are properly cared for. We recommend using the provided adhesive tabs in the package for cleanest removal for easy reuse. 

How do I remove my nails?

Adhesive tabs can be removed by lightly soaking them in water for a few minutes (soak longer if necessary) and prying gently from the sides of the nails. 

For glue adhesion and reuse, please utilize cuticle oil in the sides/crevices of your nails to soften the nail bed and soak in warm, soapy water for around 15-20 minutes. They should lift right off the nail bed without any pain, damage or irritation.

Please ensure that no force or pain should be necessary when removing your press-on nails. If there is, please soak longer to help remove your nails.

Do you accept orders outside of the US?

Yes! Shipping varies per location, so please keep that in mind.

Replacements/repairs.

For any inquiries about purchasing replacement nails, please contact us at affixnails@gmail.com. 

Some nail sets, especially our nail jewelry sets, may be more fragile than other sets. Please take care and caution of all sets as they will last much longer.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders go into processing and production within 24 hours, sometimes sooner. As each set is bespoke and handmade to order, cancelling after production would not be possible. However, if we have not started processing your order, cancellation and refund may be possible. Please contact us at affixnails@gmail.com.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All nail sets are custom and handmade. Due to this, we do not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds.

Additionally, due to the nature of health and safety standards, we do not accept returns of any kind.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our fulfillment time for preset designs are 7-14 days. 

Our fulfillment time for custom designs are 15-30 days.

Time range may change dependent on shipping delays, product availability, etc.
